Say where the service is running

The service is deployed at apsis.focus1024.com. The README says so and says
what it is: the same documents, graphs, interface catalogue and tools, from
the same build. That is worth stating because it is not true of every
project — everything the service serves is inside the binary, so a copy
built from the source is the same service rather than a similar one.

The crate metadata names the same address as its homepage and the repository
it comes from.

The deployed instance was compared against a local build by the content hash
in its asset names, which is the same in both, and the health endpoint
reports the same counts as the source: thirty-one documents, nine layers,
thirty-seven graph nodes, forty crates, twelve hundred and two items, nine
tools.
